Hard particle separator
The classical hard particle separator is an upward inclined vibrating device. It consists of two rows of cascading separating plates arranged on top of each other, which can be individually adjusted. The material feed takes place from above opposite the direction of conveyance. The heavy, solid parts fall downwards due to kinetic energy, the flat and light fraction is conveyed upwards on the separating plates due to the vibration. The combination of separating plates, drop height and vibration characteristics facilities easy adaptation to the respective application requirements. Typical use is in the fine area with grain sizes of up to 50/60 mm. A classic application for this machine is the post-cleaning of finished compost. Glass, stones, etc. are separated with the highest efficiency.
