IFE sort fine sorting system

The IFE-SORT is a density sorting machine based on the fluid bed system, for difficult-to-separate dry bulk materials in the range of < 20 mm. Its main area of application lies in recycling and in the secondary raw materials processing, however, also in agriculture or the food industry as well as in mining. Advantages: - All adjustment options standard, thus allowing a wide range of application up to the finest-grain range - High feed rate= low specific costs - Best degree of purity - Short amortization time The IFE-SORT is an air separation table, based on a combination of vibration and air technology. The heavy fractions are conveyed upwards by the vibration and discharged at the upper end. Lighter components are suspended by the introduced air and float downwards to the discharge at the other end of the system.
